  Every time I order from here, the pizza is always great and my order is perfect. They're a bit more pricey compared to some of the other well-known chains but it's worth every penny.

  Absolute rubbish. Twice I've ordered from there. Twice they've completely blundered my order. Twice it came cold and was between thirty minutes to an hour late. Twice I've overpaid trying to be good and support "local" businesses.
  
  I won't get fooled again. After the first time the manager acted like I was a jerk, but reluctantly did give me a free pie. That pie, ordered at lunch time, was correct and delicious. Maybe lunch is alright, but nighttime they are total and complete shambles and not worth it. Sad.

  Took 45 minutes for a carry out order of 1 (1!) stromboli to be ready on an average wednesday night. Really?
