  I ordered 2 specials, double cheeseburger and fries. I specifically asked the cashier to make sure my fries were hot and the burgers were fresh to which he replied "ok". I get a block down the street, reach in my bag, fries are cold. I'm thinking, the burgers better be hot and fresh. I get home and take a bite and the burger was totally gross, cold and obviously NOT fresh. I throw the food in the garbage, where it belonged in the first place, and called the restaurant. The manager asked for my name and told me there would be a credit for me. I go back 2 nights later and pull up to the speaker and sit there. Probably 30 seconds later, somebody pulls up to the outside speaker. They take THEIR order first. She then asks me for my order and I told her I have a credit and she says pull up. After asking me what I ordered and my name SEVERAL MORE TIMES she gets the book out only to page through it and tell me my name is not in there. Now I'm really pissed and I think she could tell so she very reluctantly offered go ahead and replace my food. The food used to be ok there and the service was good but lately they have gone way way down hill. One more warning, various times of the night they will go into "cash only" mode, no sign and no consistency, you just have to sit in line and wait till you finally get to the order screen to be told it's cash only.   It's McDonald's. Entire place was clean. Wasn't wow'd. Better than most.
