  Update 12/2016: I ordered a take out order consisting of a 12 oz prime rib. I ordered the steak medium well. Paying almost $20 for a steak, it should be cooked close to perfection. Upon returning home and taking the dinner out of the bag. I then discovered the steak was still completely rare. The blood had puddled in the container and the steak was just cooked enough to char the outside. I couldn't even cut through it. The manager did refund my money for the steak meal only, not the whole order. Im really losing faith in Texas Roadhouse not for one mistake, but it keeps happening.
  
  Texas Roadhouse is one of favorite places to eat. I really enjoy the food, and the atmosphere. The employees are always so nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable for a steak house. They have a large selection of food, not just Steaks. I absolutely love the Prime Rib with a loaded baked potato or the baby back ribs. Couple bad points (4 stars), Sometimes the steaks are not cooked correctly how I ordered (over done or not cooked enough). However they always make it right for me if its cooked wrong no questions asked. As well sometimes the steak has a lot of fat and grizzle, sometimes up to half the steak is not edible if I'm paying $20 for a prime rib, it should be a excellent cut of meat! They get pretty busy on Friday Saturday nights sometimes 30 min- 1 hour wait but it's worth it.
