Last experience I tried to use a coupon for "any lunch sandwich" but was denied because my order didn't match the example on the coupon. Promptly went to the one on Stringtown Rd instead, and the improvement in customer service was striking. I didn't bother complaining to management because of my firm belief that long term problems are BECAUSE of management, so what's the point?March 26, 2017
